4- LEARNING IN NEUROLEADERSHIP ORIENTED TO KNOWING TO LEAD FROM THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE BRAIN OF THE LEADER

OBJECTIVES:

a) Sensitize the participants to create knowledge about the functioning of the human brain in the manifestation of the ideal behavior of the led.

b) Apply vectors of information from Neurosciences that allow leading the different brain processes involved in the manifestation of consistent behavior of the leader with the achievement of business objectives.

c) Motivate leadership from knowing how to be, and do as a neuroleader.

SCOPE:

Intended for all leaders of an organization. The final number of participants is determined by the Hotel.

TRAINING DURATION:

5 consecutive days.

Two work sessions of 3:30 hours duration.
